Service Technician HVAC

HVAC Service Technician (m/f/x)

Job description
As an HVAC service technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, commissioning (start-up), and repairing fans and air handling units at our customers’ sites. You ensure optimal system performance and provide excellent service and advice.

Your tasks

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC installations
Commission air handling units with controls
Analyze and resolve malfunctions/faults
Advise customers on the use and maintenance of the systems
Report on completed work and possible improvements

What do we ask?

A technical background (e.g., HVAC diploma, electromechanics, or equivalent)
Able to work independently and solution-oriented
Customer-focused attitude and good communication skills
In possession of a category B driving license
Experience in a similar role is a plus

Commercial Expérimenté en Centrales de Traitement d'Air (FRENCH ONLY)

La fonction :

Analyses des demandes de prix.
Sélections et dimensionnements des unités de traitement d’air.
Contacts avec notre usine partenaire pour la fabrication des centrales de traitement d’air.
Préparations des offres.
En étroite collaboration avec notre équipe commerciale en Wallonie, mais aussi avec des collègues en Flandre :
o Suivis des offres, mises à jour et éventuelles adaptations.
o Négociations avec les clients.
o Prises des commandes.
o Visites des clients et développement du portefeuille déjà existant.
Traitements des commandes et transferts vers les collègues du back-office (achats, logistique, comptabilité).
Aide à la formation interne des commerciaux.

Profil recherché :

Titulaire d’un baccalauréat orientation climatisation, ou titulaire d’une formation reconnue en génie climatique, ou équivalent par expérience.
Bonnes connaissances en électromécanique.
Expérience probante et prouvée dans le domaine des centrales de traitement d’air.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de sélection.
Connaissances linguistiques :
o Français : natif ou C2.
o Néerlandais : B1 au minimum.
o Anglais : B2 au minimum.

Technical Sales Support – Back Office

Job Description:

Analyzing price requests and technical specifications.
Selecting air handling units and fans.
Preparing quotations for clients and engineering offices.
Following up on outstanding offers, and updating them in collaboration with the sales team if needed.
Telephone contact with customers and suppliers.
Close cooperation with colleagues from the sales department.
Processing orders received by phone or email and drafting a preliminary order for further handling by the logistics department.

Profile:

A bachelor's degree in electromechanics, possibly with a specialization in HVAC or control technology.
Technical sales experience in the HVAC or a related sector is an asset.
Knowledge of English and French, in addition to Dutch.
Experience and affinity with working on a computer and with various software tools.

Technisch commercieel verkoper

Task description

Analyze price requests and technical specifications (tender documents).
Make selections of air handling units and fans.
Regularly visit our customers and engineering/consulting firms.
Follow up on open quotations; update them when necessary and negotiate prices.
Maintain telephone contact with customers and suppliers.
Work closely with back-office colleagues.
Close orders and prepare a draft order for further processing by the logistics department.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, optionally with a specialization in HVAC, climate control or control engineering.
Technical-commercial experience in HVAC or a similar market is essential.
In addition to Dutch, knowledge of English and French.
Experience and aptitude for working with computers and various software tools.

Job description
As a warehouse operator, you are an essential link in our logistics operations. You ensure that goods are correctly received, stored and prepared for shipment. You work accurately and contribute to a tidy and efficient warehouse.

Your tasks

Loading and unloading trucks
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods
Preparing materials for the assembly of fans
Preparing, checking and packing goods for shipment
Proper stock management and inventory counting
Working with warehouse software (registering incoming/outgoing materials), Excel, Word and Outlook
Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the warehouse

Job description
As a fan assembler, you work in our workshop on the assembly, mounting and finishing of industrial fans. You make an important contribution to the quality of our products.

Your tasks

Assemble and mount fans and fan components
Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
Inspect and test assembled fans
Identify and resolve technical deviations/issues
Maintain a clean and safe workplace

What do we ask?

Technical education or relevant work experience
Able to work independently, but also a true team player
Technical insight and skilled with tools
Able to operate a forklift and reach truck, or willing to follow training
Accurate, quality-conscious and solution-oriented
