    Service Technician HVAC

    Rucon is an independent company, founded in 1985, and has been a well-established name in our sector in Belgium for many years.
    We are a market leader and are looking to strengthen our Service and After-Sales Department with a:

    Service Technician HVAC

    Are you an enthusiastic and technical professional with a passion for fans and HVAC systems? Would you like to work in a dynamic company where you can further develop your skills? Then we are looking for you!

    Job Description:
    As an HVAC service technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing fans and air handling units at our customers’ sites. You ensure optimal system performance and provide excellent service and advice.

    Your tasks:

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC installations

    • Diagnose and solve malfunctions

    • Advise customers on usage and maintenance of systems

    • Report on work performed and suggest improvements

    Your profile:

    • Technical background, such as a diploma in HVAC, electromechanics or equivalent

    • Experience in a similar role is a plus

    • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

    • Customer-focused and good communication skills

    • Valid driver's license (B)

    Commercial Expérimenté en Centrales de Traitement d'Air

    La fonction :

    • Analyses des demandes de prix.
    • Sélections et dimensionnements des unités de traitement d’air.
    • Contacts avec notre usine partenaire pour la fabrication des centrales de traitement d’air.
    • Préparations des offres.
    • En étroite collaboration avec notre équipe commerciale en Wallonie, mais aussi avec des collègues en Flandre :
      o Suivis des offres, mises à jour et éventuelles adaptations.
      o Négociations avec les clients.
      o Prises des commandes.
      o Visites des clients et développement du portefeuille déjà existant.
    • Traitements des commandes et transferts vers les collègues du back-office (achats, logistique, comptabilité).
    • Aide à la formation interne des commerciaux.

    Profil recherché :

    • Titulaire d’un baccalauréat orientation climatisation, ou titulaire d’une formation reconnue en génie climatique, ou équivalent par expérience.
    • Bonnes connaissances en électromécanique.
    • Expérience probante et prouvée dans le domaine des centrales de traitement d’air.
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de sélection.
    • Connaissances linguistiques :
      o Français : natif ou C2.
      o Néerlandais : B1 au minimum.
      o Anglais : B2 au minimum.

    Technical Sales Support – Back Office

    Job Description:

    • Analyzing price requests and technical specifications.

    • Selecting air handling units and fans.

    • Preparing quotations for clients and engineering offices.

    • Following up on outstanding offers, and updating them in collaboration with the sales team if needed.

    • Telephone contact with customers and suppliers.

    • Close cooperation with colleagues from the sales department.

    • Processing orders received by phone or email and drafting a preliminary order for further handling by the logistics department.

    Profile:

    • A bachelor's degree in electromechanics, possibly with a specialization in HVAC or control technology.

    • Technical sales experience in the HVAC or a related sector is an asset.

    • Knowledge of English and French, in addition to Dutch.

    • Experience and affinity with working on a computer and with various software tools.

    Technisch commercieel verkoper

    Omschrijving van de taken:

    • Analyseren van prijsaanvragen en technische lastenboeken.
    • Selecties maken van luchtbehandelingsgroepen en ventilatoren.
    • Regelmatig bezoeken van onze klanten en studiebureaus.
    • Opvolgen van de openstaande offertes, eventueel actualiseren en prijzen onderhandelen.
    • Telefonische contacten met klanten en leveranciers.
    • Samenwerking met de collega’s van de backoffice.
    • Afsluiten van orders en het opstellen van een concept order voor verdere behandeling door de logistieke afdeling.

     

    Profiel:

    • Een opleiding elektromechanica, niveau bachelor, al dan niet met een specialisatie klimatisatie of regeltechniek.
    • Technisch commerciële ervaring in de HVAC of gelijkaardige markt is een noodzaak.
    • Naast het Nederlands, kennis van de Engelse en Franse taal.
    • Ervaring en aanleg om te werken met de computer en de verschillende software.

    Service Coordinator

    Omschrijving van de taken:

    Na een interne opleiding i.v.m. de structuur en werkwijze van de firma bent u verantwoordelijk voor onze serviceopdrachten evenals voor de aftersales en kwaliteitscontrole ISO 9001.
    U bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten wanneer zij een probleem melden i.v.m. de werking van ons product. Dit kan zowel over mechanische, elektrische als luchttechnische problemen gaan.

    Volgende taken worden U toebedeeld:

    • Het stellen van de nodige diagnoses over de problemen en/of defecten, telefonisch of ter plaatse en het zoeken naar oplossingen in samenspraak met de klant.
    • Overleg plegen met onze leveranciers en onze verkopers.
    • Delegeren van eventuele onderaannemers voor de herstellingen/installatie van ventilatoren.
    • Verzorging van de volledige administratie van de servicedossiers (rapportage, plaatsen van bestellingen en facturatie).
    • Medeverantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging en up-to-date houden van ons kwaliteit certificaat ISO 9001.

    Profiel:

    • Een technische opleiding in de richting elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
    • Een echte probleemoplosser.
    • Administratief sterk en vlot taalgebruik in het Frans en Engels.
